Disgusting service, out of 4 windows they take in one, the rest of the employees with flashes of intelligence try to pretend that they are very busy, it would be fine if the windows were closed, but no!!!!! They stupidly walk around with a smart look and don't accept, but there are a lot of people in the hall. 03/15/2025, we are waiting to receive the parcel in a common queue with grandmothers who pay for communal services! It's a pity you can't take away the stars at all!!

Belpost Volkovysk is just terrible: slow, unprofessional. Employees don't respect their customers. There is an electronic queue, but only 2 workplaces, while there are staff at the post office, i.e. with a normal organization, it would be possible to spend Max on servicing accumulated customers. 10 minutes, but no - everyone spent at least half an hour there!
