The worst of insurance. It takes 55 minutes to get the most basic insurance for traveling abroad. Inept salesmen and just not a nice aunt agent. It's just awful. At least thank you for not doing the unfortunate insurance all day!

The casco comes out a little more expensive here, but the level of service is infinitely better. I handled a broken windshield from a stone - I just took a picture through the app and was contacted to find a time when it was convenient for me to repair the damage. There is also a direct settlement with car dealership services.
