Finally, I got around to writing a review, although I had to do it right away. In short, excellent service, with excellent staff. A low bow to the guys. I contacted this service three times, two of my cars were insured, and once with a friend's car. The validity period is approximately 5 years, the cars have been in use for several years after work and no problems have been identified after a while. First of all, everything was done efficiently, and there were no questions for the guys. Secondly, the diamond's eye is in the selection of paint, it feels like the element is in the factory color. Thirdly, and most importantly, the guys are ready to go to a meeting and help identify hidden defects and coordinate additional repairs with the insurance company, which surprised me very pleasantly, as a person who does not understand, I would not even pay attention to such things. In total, three hits out of three. Thanks again!

Score minus infinity!!! On October 14, 2024, I applied to the insurance company (CASCO agreement) for the replacement and painting of the trunk lid. I received a reply that the lid has already been ordered, it is in stock, it remains to wait for arrival. Either they were carrying it on oxen, or high-level negotiations regarding delivery broke down, but in fact they were delayed until January 14, 2025, after which they said that there would be no lid, we would not make repairs, look for another service. And this company is offered by an insurance company? No decency, no responsibility for your words and deeds, something like that...
