A disgusting center, boorish and not decent employees, except for the girls at the reception. They kept the laptop for 5 days on diagnostics, they said that it was in good working order (I probably invented a malfunction). However, this did not stop them from unwinding the laptop and stealing 8 screws. To my reasonable question, why!!! there was an indistinct answer, like the engineer wanted it that way. They did not want to put it back, because they do not have such screws (now they already have). There are no screws in the official service center!!! But most importantly, the malfunction remained, they did not even deign to repair it. Take care of your property and do not visit this center! Or better yet, fire employees and recruit decent and qualified people.

You will not make a claim, because you purchased the accumulator yourself. Obviously, the problem is with the controller, which was not mentioned in the service center, which indicates the low quality of work and incompetence of employees. I called on the phone to discuss replacing the keyboard in the laptop. He named the series, the number and described the whole situation. I was told that the service center can repair the laptop (keyboard replacement) and named the cost and time required for replacement. Upon arrival at the place, they told me a completely different price (from 45 rubles the original cost, the price increased by 90 +, since the master had not worked with such laptops yet). Why say in advance that you can do something if in fact you have not even encountered such work? I did not want to leave the laptop for the training of a repair master of such a laptop, including a 2-fold overpriced price. I wasted my time and money on this SC.
