The website provides information that mattresses of any size and any configuration are manufactured on an individual order, as well as free delivery to the entrance throughout the Republic of Belarus. In fact, we came from another city and an employee of the sample room said that mattresses are not made to order, and there will be no delivery to our city.

I ordered a classic premier mattress in Zhodino as a birthday gift to my dad (sales receipt 1593 dated 06/22/2021). It was agreed at the time of ordering that the mattress would be brought into the house upon delivery. As a result, the goods were delivered by an old rusty car. The elderly parents had to remove it from the body themselves and bring it into the house. It was not proposed to accept the goods with the opening of the package. After his parents brought him into the house, it turned out that the package stank of fuel. They filled the whole house with car fuel and had to take it outside for the night. The mattress may be of good quality, time will tell, but the service is just terrible. That's what a gift turned out to be!
