On 31.10.2025, I was at an appointment with a neurologist, M.N. Petrochenko. Having managed to talk about the problem in just a few sentences, the doctor began typing something diligently on the computer. Then I talked to the clatter of keyboard keys. The doctor did not react further. She said, "It's all about the neck. We need to do an MRI scan." She prescribed injections and pills. I checked my reflexes and that's it. I had to literally find out what and why. The doctor in the direction wrote physical therapy and hygiene of postures and movements, but she did not comment on physical therapy or postures and movements. I asked for neck exercises myself, and several times. The reception lasted 7-8 minutes, so there was enough time to explain something. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. It was the first time I encountered such neglect from a doctor at a paid center. Next time, I'll think carefully before going to this center. Although I used to go for both ultrasound and FGDS and everything was always fine.

From the very beginning, I said that we were already planning a pregnancy. On ultrasound, the doctor told me that I have PCOS, although this diagnosis is not made based on ultrasound At the same time, they told me that as soon as I entered, I didn't have to look at that I had 100% PCOS, that the probability of getting pregnant myself with this diagnosis was 0, and that IVF was in most cases And you can imagine my condition when I came out of this clinic, I'm only 23 years old, a young girl, and they tell me that. Disgusting and incompetent!!! I will never apply again and I will tell everyone about this case. I spent about 2 more hours in hysterics and snot. I did FGDS with Dr. Chueshova I. Y. and threw away 65 rubles just to waste. I've done fgds 5-6 times in my life, but I've NEVER gone through the procedure so quickly. it seemed like it lasted for 2-3 minutes, I didn't have time to tell myself to be patient, as I usually tell myself during the FGDS. I put the probe in and pulled it out, and everything is ready - I ticked the box that I performed the procedure. Horror. I've done it in Belsono before, but it wasn't like that for a man. Before the procedure, I mentioned that I was worried about a lump-like feeling in my stomach, that this lump sometimes pulsates. It's not the whole stomach that hurts at once, but a small fragment that is clearly felt. I kind of went through the procedure, but I didn't hear ANYTHING about my problem. I would go to another specialist and redo the FGDS, but that's 65 rubles again. It's kind of expensive to pay twice for someone's incompetence.

But I was at the gynecologist Mataras A.A. and I strongly advise against it. I delayed the reception for half an hour, a queue formed under the office. There was an examination, ultrasound, and tests. Everything is as superficial as possible, fluent (no doctor has ever talked to me so fast). I couldn't really ask anything. The main thing is, I filled out my questionnaire (when the first menstruation, the last, etc.). I did not give any advice about irregular periods!!! But I prescribed antibiotics for no reason (which you definitely need to buy at the pharmacy on the first floor)))) in addition, there is probably a nurse sitting in the office, with whom they managed to discuss everyday matters with me. The free clinic is better accepted than here!!! In principle, the attitude in belsono does not correspond to a paid medical center, but rather to the lowest-level polyclinic.
