Some of the documents were lost immediately after delivery. Parking is good, there is a toilet. Waiting time on weekends is +- 6 hours. After losing the document, the employee tried to throw the blame on the customers, but we were not proud, we figured it out and found other documents in the bundle. The customs officers are polite, there are no questions for them.

I often come for customs clearance. In my opinion, this is the best customs in Belarus - they work fast, the parking lot is huge! I would also like to note the politeness and professionalism of the security staff, who independently accept documents and issue passes at night, as well as help to park. Once I lost my wallet on the territory, but I was already in Brest. Someone from the security staff found it, found out my number, called and returned it.

I have been to this customs office several times, came for unloading. It was unloaded for a long time and stood for several days. There is a decent toilet on site. There is a cafe - canteen nearby, open from 12 to 15. You can choose to eat, but if you come after 13:00 there will be nothing left. There are no shops nearby.
