After the "master" repaired the intercom and left, the chips from the front door stopped working for the residents of the entire entrance.Returning home late, I could not open the door in the entrance with my chip. Calling the dispatcher, I informed him that I could not get into the apartment and asked him to tell me the door code in the entrance. The dispatcher replied that the chip needed to be purchased new, and the code would be sent within 5 days upon written request..I had to wake up my neighbor to open the door. About a week later, the master arrived again. I managed to catch him during the repair. After pressing a few buttons on the intercom, the chips started working again. When the master was about to leave, I asked him to draw his attention to the fact that he was very upset and this should not happen. He opened the intercom and I saw bare wires that may have touched the iron door. After that, he couldn't be called a master. I informed him that most likely he or craftsmen like him are the reason for the frequent breakdowns of our intercom. He took offense by removing the intercom and leaving the bare wires as in the photo -he left threatening that he would be engaged in repairs for at least two months!

A terrible organization, they don't want to work with individuals at all, the door has always worked very poorly. The masters could not get through, as a result, they said that the door was no longer new, it was necessary to dismantle it, i.e. to collect 75 rubles from people, which means it would cost 1000 rubles to dismantle the door. New doors are being created. I do not recommend it!!!
