The establishment is neat, but some employees overestimate their position in this world a little. When asked by a passing lady where to find a room to powder her nose, she received the answer that it was only for her own. Of course, I consider myself my own, since I visited this institution, therefore I found the room I needed on my own, on the second floor. The girls who give out crusts are very nice and friendly.

I repeat one of the previous reviews, which accurately reflects the whole essence of the exam in this organization-a serious organization, and the people there are the same. But sometimes it seems that they overdo it with seriousness.Noticing the cheat sheet on the exam, you do not need to snatch it out of your hands, thereby showing who is in charge here!!!at the same time , threatening not to allow the next 60 days to be retaken !!!It was enough to make a stern remark .It was not the first time I took the exam-this had not happened before , and this despite the fact that , as one of the commentators said, they sell questions !!!!

We stopped at the hotel on 05/26/2022. Reservations were made in advance. The choice fell on the price. The reception is on the 3rd floor, without an elevator, we did not immediately understand where the entrance is. In addition, there are various kinds of organizations in the building. Two girls met us at the reception. They began to offer to pay for accommodation not for all days, but by day, to which we gave a positive response, although we did not quite understand their offer, we had a reservation for several days. AFTER paying by bank card and being notified that the hotel does not make a refund for accommodation (an interesting position), we WERE CONFRONTED with the FACT that there has been no hot water in the hotel for several days, and it will be possible to wash "somewhere there after 18:00", from which we fell into a stupor. As the administrator said, "there is no water in the entire area and it will not be for about two weeks yet." The administrator also added, "that many visitors of the hotel are satisfied with everything"!!!! It may be so, but I believe that it is imperative to inform potential consumers about this. I contacted the hotel several times before the day of arrival. No one warned about this embarrassment. After a little thought, we decided to leave this hotel and return the money. The hotel staff left an unforgettable impression! It is good that this did not greatly spoil the overall impression of Minsk, since we came here for the purpose of tourism.

But in general, think about it, in the USSR there were no certificates every five years and they built no worse, and maybe better. So why the fuck should I retest if I don't change my profession. I think it's stupid to siphon money from people and organizations to create jobs for freeloaders who come up with new ways to siphon money from the working people. This is my subjective opinion. But I don't see any benefit from their activities!

The hotel fully justifies its money. A full-fledged room with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. There is one small disadvantage - the walls are quite thin, so you can hear quite well if someone is stomping or dropping something from above. But, as I wrote above, the hotel is very good. Clean, helpful staff. But! Smoking is problematic, to put it mildly. To eat on the weekend, you need to look for it. And we are not happy with the cafe in this building. A hotbed of terry bureaucracy, unprofessionalism and a scoop approach to work! I still did not know that there are such reserves of rudeness, indifference in the best traditions of the Soviet past! I do not know where and in which incubator these grated aunts from the offices are grown, but even their young shift is very worthy of growing up! They don't have to be rude to you, send you on a hike to the offices (although they have to solve the issue themselves) or just slam the door in your face just because they have a tea break! It feels like I came to bow to the lady to beg! They probably forgot who feeds them and at whose expense they drink tea here! It seems to me that the time has come for the management to seriously change both the approach to work and to put the team in the framework. Sadness, not impressions from this office!
