On May 23, 2025, I accepted my Asus laptop from Belsystem, which I contacted this company about the noise and heating of the device, as well as the termination of activation of Windows - 10 installed in the same SC 28.10.24. After the repair, the system's activation request disappeared, the device's performance improved, but other problems appeared: immediately after switching on and while switching functions, the screen began to flicker, a rectangle of white or blue measuring 3 by 10 cm periodically appears in the middle of it. From time to time, after turning on the laptop and entering the password, its screen turns black. and it returns its functions only after a reboot. There were also problems with turning off the gadget: it stopped responding immediately to the shutdown command using the cursor, periodically after a mouse click it takes about a minute or more before the command is executed. Unable to travel from a distant province to Belsystem to find out and fix the problems I received as a result of the repair, I have to continue working on the faulty device. I warn my family, friends and others about the incompetence of the employees of this company. I also have to warn you about the disrespectful attitude of this contractor towards his clients: the total waiting time for the master to arrive in the morning and evening at the SC was about 1.5 hours. The master referred to the simultaneous illnesses of all employees and, promising to arrive "in a couple of minutes," appeared much later. It is clear that from now on I will not contact Belsystem regarding the repair and maintenance of any of my devices.

They themselves called or wrote in the messenger to find out what was in the book. The speed of responding to a message or call is terrible. There have been no calls from them all the time. It's called, you need to, and you're calling. "You specified the wrong number, we called you" - when they took the book, they specially checked, the correct number was indicated in the receipt. As a result, the screens did not come the same, they do not fit, wait for it is not yet known how long or take the book. If a detailed answer had been given immediately, which was recorded to us by voice almost three months later, when we mistakenly sent them a message that the service was in doubt)), we would not have lost so much time, but entered it into another service. As a result, three months of waiting for nothing. Thank you that the "diagnostics" is free.

Well, I brought it, handed over the camera early on Wednesday morning (almost to the opening) - in return, except for the business card, there are no documents confirming the fact that I left my equipment there with a lens, a memory card and a battery. Okay, I took my word for it. The equipment was lying until Monday, there was no feedback from the service. I called, they said we are checking the availability of the part in stock for diagnostics, if nothing clears up by Monday, we will give it back without repair. As a result, wasted time and money (because I was really waiting for my device and the shooting failed). LVL service is near zero. Cold attitude towards the client, no specifics. Already at home, I noticed a small scratch on the display. I didn't ask for a book of comments and suggestions, because I was in a hurry, but I really wanted to. I highly do not recommend this service center, at least for repairing something more complicated than a smartphone. - I very rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones. In this case, I was wildly dissatisfied. There should be no such services. p.s. I have already taken my equipment to another service center. They issued a certificate of acceptance and transfer of equipment with all the equipment. I received detailed advice and specifics on my questions.
