A disgusting workshop, smashed the screen on the kindle 11, they couldn't fix the screen, but they rolled up the book during the "diagnosis", scratched the whole thing, bent the plastic, didn't completely close it when I took it away, took it out from under a pile of other equipment, just a terrible attitude to things, I understand that I won't prove anything to them What they scratched and bent, I'm not me. I do not recommend this service. An e-book was submitted for diagnosis, the screen did not work. They waited three months to eventually find out that they couldn't do anything. They themselves called or wrote in the messenger to find out what was in the book. The speed of responding to a message or call is terrible. There have been no calls from them all the time. It's called, you need to, and you're calling. "You specified the wrong number, we called you" - when they took the book, they specially checked, the correct number was indicated in the receipt. As a result, the screens did not come the same, they do not fit, wait for it is not yet known how long or take the book. If a detailed answer had been given immediately, which was recorded to us by voice almost three months later, when we mistakenly sent them a message that the service was in doubt)), we would not have lost so much time, but entered it into another service. As a result, three months of waiting for nothing. Thank you that the "diagnostics" is free.

We changed the screen on the Iphone X. We did it very efficiently, although we had to wait, and inexpensively. They gave a relatively good replacement phone for the repair period. Before that, I had already changed the module itself about six months ago in another workshop - they made it much more expensive and did not glue the module properly after replacement. I do not recommend giving the equipment there. The video card was put into repair. The timing of the diagnosis was the same , in fact , completely different . Force majeure situations and other reasons are good. During the diagnosis, he called and wrote himself. After a while, the cause was still identified, eliminated. I came and took it away, there is no way to check it, since it is from another city. I came home, I think we'll finally check ... and that's the end of the check, the video card is not made. I brought it back, handed it back under warranty for a month, and it didn't work out.... Refund of funds, video cards. There have always been excuses, this is a well-traveled topic!!! Fact number 2 the warranty period in the sheet was 3 months, the receptionist crossed out and wrote 2 months, it's strange why all of a sudden. But the most interesting thing in the computer is marked for 4 months. 3. the screw is cut off, and the track is damaged (it's a pity that I didn't check on the spot! It's up to you to carry something there or not.

I contacted the service after calling and describing the problem (most likely the matrix of the canon 70D camera). They said bring it for diagnostics, which will take 2 days, general repairs can be carried out up to a week. Well, I brought it, handed over the camera early on Wednesday morning (almost to the opening) - in return, except for the business card, there are no documents confirming the fact that I left my equipment there with a lens, a memory card and a battery. Okay, I took my word for it. The equipment was lying until Monday, there was no feedback from the service. I called, they said we are checking the availability of the part in stock for diagnostics, if nothing clears up by Monday, we will give it back without repair. As a result, wasted time and money (because I was really waiting for my device and the shooting failed). LVL service is near zero. Cold attitude towards the client, no specifics. Already at home, I noticed a small scratch on the display. I didn't ask for a book of comments and suggestions, because I was in a hurry, but I really wanted to. I highly do not recommend this service center, at least for repairing something more complicated than a smartphone.
- I very rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones. In this case, I was wildly dissatisfied. There should be no such services.
p.s. I have already taken my equipment to another service center. They issued a certificate of acceptance and transfer of equipment with all the equipment. I received detailed advice and specifics on my questions.
