I do not know where to start, the opinion is mixed, it seems like I want to give the department 5 stars, the people there are responsive and kind, they talk tactfully and can answer any question, they work quickly and efficiently, but there are questions about Beltelecom, how their organization works is not clear, I lived 2 years ago in the village and I they gave me a modem for a cheap tariff that picks up the Wi-Fi signal well through 2 rooms and calmly divided it into all devices, and after moving to the city, they gave me an old modem for the best at that time, which even catches the Wi-Fi signal in a room with a modem, as if I was trying to catch it from a neighboring building. Okay, they grabbed it, as they say, threw it on all the wires and the problem disappeared, but I didn't really use Wi-Fi on the phones because I have a computer. Just had a thought that can change the modem is already 2 years have passed, can the village brought normal modems and Yes, brought here only will this modem when connected to a certain rate, the rate on your new modem nobody will give you to stay, you want a modem which gives a good wife and looks like a modern take it and plug the new tariff, okay, let's get a new tariff, if only the wifi signal was good and it would seem the issue is resolved, BUT the modem is not visible in the network (as it became clear during a conversation with the operator 123) and nobody knows what to do, I thought maybe the modem is bad and the same day when I got it, drove it to change, and modem all is well in the kitchen, ports plugged in and everything should work, but doesn't and nobody Ola that how and why, had to wait for the master of the house who came the next day and spent an hour trying to solve the problem because he didn't understand what the problem is and those whom he called, too (I'm not saying that master mediocrity in any case, there was not any clear case, master fellow, arrived early and in the end, everything was decided), and after about an hour everyone was presales and it works, thank God. Total: Beltelecom's staff is excellent, that the people at the point are masters, but as far as the Internet is concerned, Beltelecom shows itself from an extremely bad side, and I am still haunted by the fact that in the village I was immediately given a good modem with an excellent Wi-Fi signal, and in a city where almost 100 thousand people live, until now, the modems that were distributed back in 2012 (but this is not accurate), despite the fact that they have good modems, leave the old ones for people who only need a room, and let's get normal ones on the Internet, now is the age of technology, especially wireless and Wi-Fi is incredibly relevant, and you give some kind of We're paying, cool, thanks.
