The service at Beltelecom's office on Engels St. is disgusting. Whenever and at what time you arrive, there is always a huge queue. And this queue is created by the department staff themselves, because they absolutely do not want to work. There are 6 operators, of which one or two receive visitors. My request to the administrator to call the employees walking back and forth to their workplaces was ignored. The worst customer service organization in Minsk, I am convinced once again.
