Don't be surprised if lunch starts suddenly and the waiting time increases, as they don't have a clear break schedule, everything is regulated by "industrial necessity". There are no bathrooms for visitors, and you can get into the service toilet (scarier only in old Soviet schools) if you beat your forehead in front of the administrator / staff, and then there is no guarantee that you will be taken. Be prepared for one employee to name one way of the procedure (documents, people, etc.), and the other, when you arrive with a ready-made package, will come up with something else. But in the end, they will tell you that you need to go to another department altogether, because there is no one there to immediately give competent advice. An extremely negative impression. They are not there and it is unknown when they will appear. They answer by calling and, if available, come. They don't put it on the waiting list, there's no way to find out online, and calls are sometimes waiting in line for 20 minutes. Written applications are not accepted. I make requests through 123 or my personal account. Maybe they will be at the end of January. Is it really impossible to provide those who wish with SML prefixes? I don't think there are many people with old TVs like me. Maybe the managers will think about it and offer us an affordable service.
