On 13.12.2025, we visited this institution. Rude and boorish attitude towards clients. The specialist is incompetent in her own work. They wanted to use the services (to sign a contract for a phone and Internet), they told the address of the house, and in response they heard "yes, you will never have anything there, and in your village there probably won't even be a street name," having been refused, they left. The next day we found out that there is a telephone line in the village and people are successfully using the Internet. I would like to know the full name of the specialist who worked that day, and I intend to write a complaint.

It's a hell of an office. The queues are hellish, the staff are in no hurry. The schedule only includes breaks and the end of the working day. The attitude towards visitors is as if you came to them in the middle of the night for a pie recipe, and not for a work issue during working hours.
