I have been using buy-fly since the advent of Wi-Fi in my life in principle. Since 2008. There have never been any problems. And when I moved to a new apartment, I didn't think much for a long time. I think this is the best Internet in the Republic of Belarus. Optical fiber. Very fast cool support, who respond quickly, to the point. Always polite and always helpful. Of course, the scoop is a bit present. The absence of social networks as such. Phone support only. But, on the other hand, there are always nice smiling staff in the center. A cooler with water. Electronic queue. And the opportunity to take goods in installments. Not from the bank, but from the store. It's convenient. For example, I have many friends who switched from A1 and Unit to Byfly. And we are glad. There are issues with routers, but you can buy your own new one and it will be powerful. In general, I am satisfied

It's just a disgusting office. The contract for the installation of cameras was signed more than a month ago, so far no one has lifted a finger! After threatening to terminate the contract, they said they were "sending an ambulance." They waited for them all day, but no one arrived. I got in badly, I had to sit for 20 minutes, because either there was a shift change, or there was a technical interruption at 10 a.m. I am not happy that BTK is forced to trade all sorts of things in parallel with its core business, and it would be nice to have related products such as routers, modems, and other network equipment... And it would be fine to brand it somehow - not a scooter, but a BTkat, not a washing machine, but some kind of thread, not an ip camera, but a BTglaz :)))) And so on.

Of course, you will solve all the questions that arise there, but be patient! No one knows how many times you will have to go there and wait in line. Everything is confusing there, the operators in the customer service room are not always competent, the technical service specialists work until five, so you will have to take time off from work so that they come to your house. I can only positively evaluate the work of the 123 service, it's really nice to communicate with them. The main thing is to clearly state your problem and listen carefully to what they explain and follow the instructions.

The price turned out to be lower than in the network of another large and popular seller... and no one tried to impose an additional one on me. service and + installments for 18 months against 5. "you will be contacted within 24 hours." Apparently, a lot of work, they forgot. I took the money to MTS. UPD: beltelecom called me on 23.03 (I applied in December, again in early January), they said they had reviewed it and you can come connect. 10 working days have passed 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Upd. 2023. Fate brought me to this office again. Nothing has changed.

Customer focus is just 0!!! The reason was as follows. There was an appeal to line 123 about the fact that the phone number was no longer being determined, on line 123 they said that everything was working properly and should work, if it did not work, contact the service center, which was done the next day. The service center looked at the phone and said that everything was fine , they also checked there - the number was determined, but after the phone was brought home, a new problem appeared, there was no telephone connection, they could call us, we did not. Then there was another appeal to the service center with the same success. Then there was another call to 123, where we were told that the masters should come and see what was wrong with us. As a result, they said that the modem was in good working order, but since there was a defect in the antenna housing (the plastic part just flew off, the photo does not affect the work in any way), they could not replace it and advised to contact the service center once again, which was done. To the question of whether fallen-off plastic can affect communication services, the answer was NO, it was also said that antennas affect the Internet, but it works well. The question is why change it? If the modem is working, the phone is working, and initially the appeal was only about the lack of a caller ID, but after contacting the service center, communication problems began, what is the reason? And they never installed it for us, they said change the modem, pay from 30-50 rubles, for broken plastic that does not affect work, and that's it) no one offered suggestions about diagnosing the modem and identifying the original reason for the absence of a caller ID and the subsequent reason for incoming communication, that's the attitude. Tomorrow I'm going to write a complaint in the book of comments and suggestions.
