Sorry, but you seem to have a problem. I ordered a specific service and am ready to pay for it. Why does your employee come and start arguing with me? Why can't you just do your job in silence? Or are you writing down the message and not telling your technicians what they mean? So-so coordination, considering how much money your organization is asking for its services.
