Hello.I have one question. Why is there a wind in the village of BRAKOVO as soon as it starts?.thunderstorm..rain..the HALL is always turned off.. for all the villagers... i.e. the equipment is out of order.You always have to call a repair crew.And it goes on like this every year...a month... a day.At 123, the operators advise us to turn off the modem or the light...and you think this is the solution to the problem!!!! So we called today because it rained yesterday on 03.08...Autumn and winter are ahead...And what should I do?...That week, there was also a shutdown...We pay for high-quality services, which we pay for at a round-the-clock rate, not at an hourly rate.The Internet is generally a separate topic of conversation.The turtle is crawling faster!!! I understand that my appeal will not solve anything....and the Beltelecom management will not even read it. But still.....I would like to get at least some kind of answer on how to solve this problem for the whole village.

poor connection internet speed is terrible The rate is clear 100 video monitoring you cannot change the tariff downloading a file that weighs 200 MB takes 40 minutes
