People, honestly, I try to write only good reviews to organizations, but this situation just knocked me out of my rut, this is the first time I've encountered such a nightmare! Everything is very, very disgusting! To terminate the services, I had to spend my personal time and run.... Before that, the "master" came, turned off the Internet, and did not take the equipment and did not inform the service. Accordingly, we were not given any documents on termination. I think it's straaaanno... Naturally, in full confidence that this was all and the Internet was turned off, we were already thinking about choosing another operator. As a result, as I understand it, we continued to count the fee for the Internet as for a worker(!) and began sending SMS and payment notifications... When they called to find out what was the matter, the operator said that it turned out that only a "request for disconnection" had been accepted... And it turned out that the connection was made by some left-handed person (I don't even know that) When asked who was connected, they gave a name... I don't even have a friend like that!!! There were a lot of legal issues..!!! First of all, why didn't this master, who came to the shutdown, inform the office! Secondly, the Internet was designed in some mysterious way-by a completely third party to a person who was not even present at the conclusion of the service agreement and found out about it only when SMS messages began to arrive ... HOW CAN THIS BE?????? Do you even look at your passports?! Do you check the information from the documents, WHO came to you and WHOSE data is provided? Who is the service issued to and by whom? What right do you have to accept someone else's passport data provided by an outsider? This is at least a scam. I will most likely go to court. The negligence is complete!!! I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO BE CAREFUL! Look for another OPERATOR, fortunately there are enough of them, because in beltelecom the attitude to personal data and customer orientation = 0.

Once I came at 19.30 and took a ticket, the department is open until 20.00, at 20.00 the outgoing employee said that they would accept everyone who managed to take a number. And somewhere at 19.55, the electronic queue terminal turned off, as I understand it, so that people would not take coupons because they would not have time to serve them. However, at 20.20 they said that they would not accept anyone else, although there were only 3 of us left, and they referred to the fact that their program might not work (I wonder how it worked from 20.00 to 20.20) and they did not have an administrator, but he would have warned us that the queue was accumulating too large and that they won't have time to accept everyone. Why don't you have an administrator during business hours? Why don't you accept people even though they came during business hours and waited for almost an hour? The customer focus is off the scale.
