There are no questions about the operation of the Internet and on-site maintenance, the Internet speed itself is the same, and in fact, of course, the old equipment, but you connect their router as a gpon to your normal router and wifi is more stable and newer, strictly speaking, everything is within the framework of adequacy. But here's a banal fare change, it's a whole quest. It feels like when I ask to change the tariff, they dig up half the city and pull new wires with a different tariff directly to my house. Otherwise, I just can't explain what's going on. Why does such a simple and banal fare change take a week to complete? I don't understand it. Anyway, on 11/16/2022 I wanted to change the tariff. They changed it only on 11/25, and then after I called 123 and literally begged to be connected with at least someone other than a tech support employee. The employee kept saying that the application was "in progress." I tried to explain that she had been "at work" for almost a week, but it was no use. As a result, by some miracle, the tariff was changed. I think it's okay, it doesn't happen to anyone. And here I am changing the tariff again. 30.09.2025. I've been waiting for almost 3 hours, I've called twice — they say, "at work." If a miracle happens and my tariff is changed before the New Year, it will be just wonderful. Unfortunately, I can't choose another operator((((
