I would like to express my deep gratitude to Irina Nikolaevna Kuchinskaya, who helped promptly resolve issues with connecting and completing documentation (Subscriber's agreement) for Beltelecom's services, gave extensive advice on services, and also advised on the possibility of arranging goods in installments from Beltelecom. And also, special thanks to engineer Maxim Fedyakov, who very carefully and patiently installed the necessary equipment, as well as connected to the services of Beltelecom. Thank you guys so much, and I wish you success and career growth. I will also add a spoonful of caution regarding the work of the specialists of the service sales department, namely Artyom Valeryevich, who did not transfer the required equipment to the engineer by phone when accepting the application, and Roman Leonidovich Murashko, who signed the contract for another person, did not even bother to clarify the passport data. Thanks to Maxim Fedyakov, an engineer, who had to wait more than an hour at my house for the data under the new agreement to be reset in order to connect my address correctly.
