When connecting the Internet, they slipped an ancient router, ala 00 years old, I was even surprised. The router was even without a box, it was obviously used. The Wi-Fi itself did not always reach the next room and kitchen, the tariff was "Clear" 100. It was positioned as 100 Mbit/s for reception and 50 Mbit/s for transmission. However, the measurements turned out to be 50 Mbit/s for reception and 50 Mbit/s for transmission. In general, after a couple of weeks, I boldly switched to another operator who has a new router and WiFi connection from almost my fifth floor to the first. There is practically no difference in price. And now the icing on the cake, When I came to terminate the contract for the provision of services from Beltelecom, they demanded from me a certain mythical cable that the master was supposedly obliged to give me at the initial connection. It turns out that it was supposed to be a meter-and-a-half fiber-optic cable, which costs 2 rubles, but since I couldn't prove that they didn't give me any cable, I had to pay 12 rubles for nothing. In general, I personally don't recommend this organization to anyone. The sediment passed, of course, but I didn't like this experience at all.
