In 2025, the connection was cut off at the sound of the chimes. This is not to say that, periodically, especially during the holidays, the network hangs. Considering that the subscription fee is not cheap, but discounts are not provided for these problems. I hope the competent authorities will respond to such questions, because the coming years in the Republic of Belarus have been designated the "years of quality"

Why are the workers there if they can't check the modem and test everything. And the client has nothing else to do but ride to you. The application was accepted on Monday at 07.08, after the request was urgently needed, they made concessions to me and sent a specialist on the same day. The first thing I liked was that he was wearing shoe covers. Secondly, he figured everything out in a moment, explained everything to me in an accessible and understandable way. The modem is to be replaced on Monday 07.08. But, before just leaving, the specialist set up the Internet so that there was at least an opportunity to access the Internet on the TV. And he set up everything I need both in ZALA and on TV, which the previous "specialists" did not do. As an uninformed person, I had no idea what could be different. I express my great gratitude to him! There would be more such caring specialists.
