Terrible service, I had to wait 40 minutes with a minimum queue. The receptionist didn't call for 15 minutes, just sat there stupidly. Everything is very slow, re-shaped for 25 minutes.

As soon as you change the tariff, WHICH is MORE EXPENSIVE, it's enough for 3 months. We wanted to connect the Internet separately , so we were told that it was impossible without a home phone . WHAT IS A HOME PHONE IN THE 21ST CENTURY ? 5 rubas, the subscription is dripping and they are normal, but we don't even have a phone . In general, dislike, unsubscribe, disconnect !!!

Customer orientation tends to zero. The working hours were chosen so that ordinary working people could not get to them. There's a lot of Internet-hungry people there on Saturday morning, but there are only two operators working there, one is normal, and the other looks at you like you're a waste product. If you manage to get the coveted contract, then you should not relax. The modem will most likely be given to you old and dirty and with an unpleasant smell, but this is not the worst thing. It probably won't work, because checking it is whether the light bulbs are on it. Next, there will be a quest for several hours with phone conversations with evil tech support, which most likely will not solve anything, because: "Well, I didn't give you everything you wanted from me.
