Previously, I was a subscriber of Beltelecom, the watch house had a copper cable, the Internet was the worst of what I had to use before that, the constant ping was sky-high, the home phone was needed to call tech support and swear, the contract was terminated, I connected 4g from bicloud, there was not a single problem in 4 years, I decided to connect Beltelecom again because fiber optic was installed along the street I thought there would be no problems with fiber, not this office, and here the planet is ahead, the Internet has been disconnected 4 times in 3 months (problems on the line) , the home phone is being loaded, pay the subscription fee even though I don't use it, the Internet disappeared on Saturday morning, the master poked the verdict even though the application is not closed on Monday Come on, is television normal all weekend without the Internet? I wouldn't even give this office a 1 star rating.

Just the worst provider. There were problems with DDNS (until some time everything worked like clockwork) - I contacted support and was once again convinced of the incompetence of the staff. In general, you won't get any help, and if you really need it, you need to pay (according to the support employee, about 36 rubles + payment for the master's departure). Moreover, the problem can clearly be solved without the departure of the master. In general, I recommend avoiding the madhouse and this organization.

They replaced it with a new model, but in the end we got an old modem from 2016. The Internet started to work even worse. A week later, we came back to replace the modem, but this time it doesn't connect at all

I use video surveillance from Beltelecom. It is often impossible to watch videos either on the record or online. I called and left a complaint. Uselessly. Apparently, specialists of the lowest level and knowledge are working. Today, the picture of yesterday hung in the video surveillance. They try to justify themselves on the phone, but it doesn't do any good. I don't give a single star, as this is not a problem for a single day.

I went to terminate the contract (online), waited in line for 30-40 minutes (there was 1 person in front of me and two more were already sitting with specialists). As it turned out, their program "flew," but oh well. The employees were the most repulsed. They clarified which provider I switched to, ridiculed me and the others for making a hasty decision and the fact that we allegedly did not read A1's contract and would then pay under a hundred rubles, but they say they are better, because they are a public provider, and a public provider (in their own words) cannot be worse than a private one. Have you ever wondered why people keep leaving you? Maybe not everything is so good? Another employee from the next table agreed with a colleague and said that because of us (outgoing clients) they drown in work until night. This is your job, and if something doesn't suit you, why are you still there?! And of course, they claimed that in case of equipment failure, A1 would not fix anything + they say they only give good Internet first, and then it will be bad. Let me sort out the questions myself as they come in, your job was simple - to terminate the contract, but instead they poured a tub of negativity on me and ruined the whole day. We parted with Beltelecom very badly, and now even if your competitor suddenly forces me to pay more, I have no desire to return, because your modems and Internet are simply disgusting (the reviews confirm this). Maybe competitors will eventually make you move, and I wish the employees to be more restrained and not to moralize, accusing their former clients of illiteracy and poor study of contracts (this does not concern you at all).

Personally, I am satisfied with the quality of the services provided to me. And there is no special need to come here. Only when connecting services and if it is necessary to replace the equipment (modem or set-top box). All other issues can be solved remotely (without getting up from your home sofa) through the My Beltelecom application (which I actually do regularly)

It's easy to connect, but judging by the people coming in, it's hard to disconnect. We were connected to a package of services, no questions asked, everything went easily and quickly. The only thing that is strange is that for some reason they ask for a document from the owner of the apartment, and this is generally, if let's say a person rents an apartment, the owner does not want to conduct Internet, but the person needs it, anyway the Internet is on the person, not on the owner, in the Russian Federation, it connects without problems, they immediately requested a certificate of ownership. When I was there, there were 4 scandals with the fact that people came to close the account, and they were asked to hand over some wires, of course people do not have them, a scream-or begins, and this is systemic. It's very strange, isn't the company already suing the user if he doesn't hand over the wire? It's ridiculous and it hurts your reputation! It looks from the outside, as if the organization is on the verge of bankruptcy, they say every wire is needed, as if they cannot be bought anywhere, as if in North Korea, where even plastic flowers need to be rented and then, after laying, they need to be carried back again. The master who connected the Internet is the best, explained everything, told, showed, spent a lot of time, but everything was cool. The services are stable, but sorry for the speed... in the Russian Federation, 2gb / s has a speed, but here the max is 200mb / s and then, as they say, 160 well, 170 maximum. It's funny. Probably the KGB does not have time to process data streams at high speed. Can't they increase their speed already? Of course, 100mb/s is enough for me, but sometimes I really need it faster, since I have 5 computers, and I have work on each of them.

The amount of payment that I was informed is not enough to pay for 30-31 days. Services are always turned off 6-5 days earlier. It turns out that SMS messages and KASPERSKY are considered separately, which was not included in the total amount.

They gave the numbers 50-00-11 (short beeps all the time) , 65-88-44 (no one picks up the phone) . Does anyone work?
