He asked me to reset the password for the service. Instead of providing a new password, I don't understand why they printed out the old one! As a result, I changed the modem just in case (they suggested it to tech support), then I had to call the master and pay for the call, it was probably my fault that they gave me a rotten password instead of a new one. For some reason, there is no such function in the LC. The service is "clear 200 smart video monitoring", but the password is changed only for video monitoring, there is no way to change it for the Internet. While I was dealing with this in the LC, I found a high-priority bug in the mobile application. I wrote about it when contacting tech support, but they ignored it.
