The most terrible attitude!!! 07/20/2025 I called the operator with the problem of taking the promised payment, explaining that at the moment there is no way to do it myself. During the entire conversation, cameraman Svetlana Mao, in addition to allowing herself to raise her voice and be rude, also added the phrase "This is not my problem" at the end. She answered the questions I asked about the problem only 3-4 times. And in the end, she said, "I won't talk anymore," and hung up. This is not the first Beltelecom employee who allows himself such a boorish attitude towards users. I consider the employee to be not competent in his work. It's a terrible impression, I want to work with you less and less every time. It's just a terrible attitude.
