They came to terminate the contract after work, 4 out of 10 windows were working, the service was slow. There were more and more people, and fewer windows. The Internet is slow, as is customer service.

I visited the branch due to the renewal of the contract due to the death of the subscriber. Service for 5+. I got into the window, where Olga Tobolchik (?) was communicating with me and helping. Olga was as sweet and friendly as possible, I did not immediately understand one moment, feeling ashamed inside for misunderstanding, but they calmly explained it to me three times. Everything was done quickly. I didn't have any paper documents, only scans in my phone, I was worried that they would say something unpleasant to me for this, but no, in a modern way, I sent the scans and they were printed out by an employee. The next day, the master came to replace the old modem with a new one. The master was also friendly, I managed wi-fi on my own, and helped with the TV, although I thought I would have to deal with all the devices myself. After a couple of days, they called and asked about the quality of services, probably the employee does not like this, but for this I gave a "+" rating to 5
