It 's just a nightmare . I don't write bad reviews, but it's no longer possible. Wi-Fi will be lost every evening at about 10 o'clock. Our tariff is expensive, so naturally we want the Internet to work normally. So at first there were only excuses , everything is fine with you . Then we came and checked and OH, a miracle , everything worked perfectly. Wi-Fi didn't work on the sites for a week. It's worth calling them on 123, as everything starts to work here, although they say to buy an amplifier and that they are not responsible for Wi-Fi, but only for the Internet connection. Some kind of deception. They charge money for the Internet, which barely works, or they need to call every night to sort things out.

What's with the Wi-Fi?!!!!? The fourth day at home, after a business trip. There is no Internet, just no Internet. It loads every other time, there is nothing to look at or search for. It slows down terribly. I pay a lot of money a month. So three months ago they also called, if you pay extra, then the speed will be higher. The question is, where is your speed!!!!! And if you don't pay by the deadline, then they cut off and the fee drips into the minus. You won't miss it. And you don't see that the servers are not doing their job.

BUT! it seems there are booklets advertising the product on shopbeltelecom, but they gave out a huawei modem without external antennas, there are no others... It's kind of sad... here would be suggestions to the consumer on signal amplification and so on. Some kind of showcase with various equipment for sale, there's a smart house, video cameras... yes, and advertising as in the pick-up points, for example, 21vek, with a test of equipment, and not an empty TV above the terminal.queues, WHERE IS the marketing? How can a consumer be interested in your store?
