Пришлось столкнуться с зала эфирное телевиденье(( для дачи ( Минский район) После двух месяцев пользования оборудованием приставка перестала работать , да это ладно- техника есть техника. Но вот служба белтелеком минского района - это служба секретного отдела!!? Дозвониться невозможно! По номеру 123 помочь ничем не смогли, хотя вроде одна структура.Служба 123 дает единый номер тел 5177130 где в любое время рабочего дня, с 8 до 16часов, они отвечают, что после 16 они не могут ответить на мой вопрос( звонила с 10 утра до часу!) Поедим на авось(!), что бы поменять оборудование. Хотя в службе 123 сказали предварительно звонить на белтелеком, что бы уточнить есть ли в наличии приставка зала на замен.
Вот как то так!!(((

Оставил заявку на сайте, так никто и не позвонил, пришёл лично заключить договор, говорят что вот вот собирались позвонить. Заключил договор, сказали, что позвонят согласовать дату подключения, 3 дня ждал звонка. Позвонить и спросить причину задержки подключения не представляется возможным благодаря автоответчику, который может только предоставить информацию по моему тарифу. А ещё есть оборудование только для дорогих тарифов "Ясна", которые включают в себя телефон и телевидение, которые мне не нужны. Тем самым принуждая платить больше за услуги, которыми я не буду пользоваться. Роутер который в итоге предоставили не может обеспечить заявленную скорость, которая остаётся доступной(с перебоями) только по кабельному соединению.

Плохое обслуживание. Предоставляемые услуги среднего качества. Добиться толку от специалистов по телефону - не реально, как и дозвониться в центр сервисного обслуживания - нельзя. Звонили на протяжении 4 дней- эффект нулевой.
