Every time I visit this institution, I am surprised at the quality of service (in a bad way). It's a pity that there are no grades with a minus, I would put - 10. The electronic queue worked only once out of several visits. If you can't repair it either, what kind of high-speed Internet are you talking about? When my "live" turn finally came, the specialist barked: "Wait, I didn't call you"... ants are crawling on the floor, and naturally they crawled up to me and started crawling on my legs, barely took my legs away. But a highly profitable enterprise!!! We are happy for them!
