Think twice before buying a heating cable here, because when the website says "It has been working properly for many years," it means 3 years. In January 2023, we bought 60 m.p. of self-regulating heating cable 24 W/m for installation at the customer's facility. The seller assured that this is a very good cable, that the service life is 20-25 years. On January 30, 2026, the customer called and reported that the cable was not heating up. The next business day, we contacted the seller about the warranty. The seller's representative was happy that the warranty ended a couple of weeks ago. After long conversations, he promised to clarify and call back. He's been calling back for the second week now. If the bottom line is, then the organization, formally, should not change anything, because the warranty has expired, although it stopped working, perhaps even earlier. I just want to draw your attention to the fact that outright junk is on sale here. The attitude towards the client is peculiar. Returning the product to the manufacturer under warranty, it seems as if the seller is paying for 60 meters of new cable out of his pocket, and this is a serious blow to the financial condition of their organization. They can't even call back. Another interesting fact: the couple of meters of cable that remained from the installation had been in the warehouse for three years. Now they have tried to connect it and it practically does not heat up.
