What difference does it make what kind of staff is there, if you drive up there by truck, the problem is if there is transit, then you need to spin around the city.

It is not conveniently located as much as possible. Transit transport should only go "under the sign". There are no other payment points nearby. And if the route has changed and you need to go to Minsk, then the nearest payment point is already in Berezino.
