Excellent inexpensive cafe on the embankment. It's a bit rustic inside, of course, but what do you want from a place where they only charge 15 lire for tea? We sat with great pleasure at the panoramic windows, admired the people taking the promenade in the rain and strong wind, and were happy for ourselves: warm, dry, hot tea and delicious chocolate donuts. Without pathos and hype. We recommend it!
