Hello! I would like to share my impressions of an unforgettable trip to the French Alps, organized by Beltourism Buy. On December 19th, my daughter and I went on a bus cruise on the route Germany – France – Switzerland, and this tour exceeded all our expectations. The trip was organized at the highest level — everything was clear, thoughtful and caring for tourists. We were happy and enjoyed every day we spent in the Alps. The first city on the route was Bamberg (Germany), an incredibly beautiful and atmospheric city. We visited a small restaurant with local cuisine, where we tasted trout and smoked beer for the first time. It was incredibly delicious! Since the trip took place a week before Christmas, there was a special festive atmosphere on the streets: a lot of people, smiles, joy, fun — all this was incredibly uplifting. Our next destination was Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland. Even before we reached it, we were completely delighted with the views: the small towns surrounded by mountains looked like fabulous dwarf settlements. I felt like I was in The Lord of the Rings. It was so beautiful that it seemed like a dream that I didn't want to wake up from. Then we visited Bern, and after that the cities of Lyon and Lausanne, moving along the coast. The cozy town of Annecy, the birthplace of my beloved writer Antoine de Saint—Exupery, has taken a special place in my heart. The mountains, the lake, the incredible atmosphere — the city is simply mesmerizing. I would like to mention the work of the guides separately: all the excursions were very interesting, intense and informative. We were told in detail about the history, culture and nature of each region. There was a warm, friendly atmosphere during the trip — many tourists met, made friends, exchanged contacts. I haven't received such a lot of vivid emotions and impressions for a very long time. It would seem that it was only 7 days, but during this time we visited three countries and saw the most beautiful cities of the route. I sincerely recommend this tour 100% to anyone who is planning a trip to the French Alps. This trip will give you an unforgettable experience and a real Christmas mood. Many thanks to Beltourism Wai for the wonderful organization, the magical atmosphere before Christmas and the sea of positive emotions. I wish the company prosperity and only kind, grateful tourists!

The trip was not tedious, the city guides selected the best of the best, and the hotels along the route were cozy and comfortable. And, of course, it is impossible not to mention the virtuoso work of the crew of drivers Roman and Sergey. We went on the Alps of France tour on 12/19/2025, this is not the first time with this agency, but the impressions of the trip were more negative than positive. Unfortunately, a lot of time has passed, and a lot has already been forgotten. :( The failures started with the visa: it was the fifth in the passport, of which the previous two were multi-entry, when applying for this tour, the French gave me a visa for 15 days (and I already had a French multi for six months in the same passport, interestingly). I don't take away the stars for this, it's not known if it was just bad luck or if someone could have started something when serving. Just a dry fact. The bus is disgusting. Chinese, small, broken, shaking terribly. With a height of 160 cm, I knocked off all my knees. Our chair could not rise – the mechanism of the backrest was broken. The people in the back are uncomfortable, just like we are. The passages were narrow, and it was necessary to make our way sideways. Let's add that there were severe frosts, the windows blew terribly, and the heating in the cabin either did not work or worked incomprehensibly (the pipes under the windows were frying, and the cabin itself was cold). I spent 90% of the road with icy feet (when you can no longer even feel them), on the way back it was already heavily blown from the window. Upon arrival home, instead of sharing vivid impressions and remembering pleasant moments, you treat muscle spasm and concomitant inflammatory jokes. I can't even really remember the trip anymore, everything was crossed out by the terrible state after the trip itself. This is the first time I've had such an experience, and hopefully it will be the last. It took a very long time to cross the border. No one had registered the bus in advance, in fact, they just stood at the border all night and watched as buses passed by, which queued up in advance and just drove up later with the tourists themselves. And all in the cold. Some kind of hell in reality)) The hotel on the border of Poland and Germany was just terrible. Smoky rooms, dirty bed linen, lack of hot (and not only) water, one or two unfortunate kettles for all the guests. And you're going back there on the way back, by the way. Then you sniff smoke-stinking clothes for a day, mmm)) They booked the wrong rooms in another hotel and gave double/trio rooms to someone who paid extra for solo accommodation - attention, extra money was charged for solo accommodation when buying a tour, by the way! Somewhere, the wrong number of rooms was booked, and someone was left without a room: people were then given a room intended for a guide or drivers. In another hotel, they gave rooms with one double bed to NON-couples! EVERYONE! There were no rooms with separate beds. If my friend and I could still turn a blind eye to this, then imagine what it's like for people who didn't know each other before the trip and just moved into the double as random neighbors. Oh, and under one more blanket. Not everyone was lucky or had the patience to beg for the second one. Experience!! Some kind of master class on rallying. The guide's name, I may be mistaken, was Marina. At first, the impression was normal, but then an interesting thing happened: we might not have been notified of the meeting place, given the wrong time to gather (in Switzerland, she told part of the group to gather at 16:00, the other part of the group and the drivers at 17:00, the person didn't care that someone would be stuck for an hour just so in the bus parking lot), in Bern, the group was scattered all over the city and then, with God's help, gathered at the bus))0 It seems like you understand that a person has a lot of worries, but it's also strange to beg for a garbage bag on the bus for half a day, for example… Something is unclear. Many issues had to be solved independently or dealt with on the spot. I traveled from the same office to France in 2023 with my guide Alexander – heaven and earth by organization. (to be fair, there are well-deserved 5 stars in another source for that tour) And also, what is important, sometimes they missed sanitary stops. A separate thing that did not depend on the company, but also important: for some reason, I often had no luck with bank cards. If it didn't work for one person, 99% of the bus won't work for the whole bus, regardless of the bank, the country where we were located, or the store. McDonald's, Lidl, any random cafe. And then it worked in another area. The randomizer. I have a currency card that I use on all trips, and even with it I could dance with a tambourine every day. By the end of the trip, some people have already started pumping cash, which is also a separate stress. It's better to be prepared for such surprises. Let's talk about the good stuff!! :) Countries, nature, mountains, water – of course, a separate beauty. The views are gorgeous, you won't regret it. In addition, we got to the Christmas markets and New Year's delights!! The whole mood was very uplifting. <3 Special thanks to the most gorgeous guide in Annecy. Forgive me for Christ's sake, I don't remember the name after all this time! But the lady left just the best impressions, bright, charismatic, interesting. In general, the guides were good in most cases. We were especially lucky that we also got a photographer for our trip to shoot advertising content, and the whole bus had beautiful personal photos to remember it by. If memory serves, the drivers did a good job too. Total: the tour program is wow, but there are big questions about the organization.
