A normal hotel for your money, we spent the night in it twice, the 1st time on the way to Aktau, and then on the way back from Aktau, I read a review that supposedly the breakfast was monotonous, but everything is relative, compared to one hotel on the very first line in Aktau (I won't say which one) the cat 30% more expensive than a room, then there is a normal and quite varied breakfast, a large selection of different dishes and even coffee from a capsule coffee machine)) But there was no one at that hotel😁

In the third room, the remote control from the air conditioner did not work, we did not even talk about this little thing, and there were no towels. Towels were brought (and not all of them), we ourselves rearranged the batteries from the TV remote control. In general, we spent the night. I think that the service could have been better for such a hotel.

We booked a room in advance, locally, for cash-an improved, Improved room, they gave us THIS upon check-in) I wanted to cry, we were just off the plane, we want to take a shower, eat and sleep, and we get a Key number like from the USSR) We go in and see such beauty, used towels, dirt, dirty pastel linen, there is a vacuum cleaner, everything is visible in the photo). We went to the reception, where they reluctantly demanded that we pay extra for a new room in cash, we still did not understand why)))) They called the amount much higher for the room than the one on the book. I choose a room right in front of the employee, make a reservation and ask them to give us the key and check in, Of course the cash passes by and that 1st room is canceled) the fuss starts, the senior administrator comes out, he asks to cancel the new reservation and says that we will now be checked into our superior room. After calling our organizer, who booked the room, and telling us the situation, we went to check into the room. This one was already clean inside, but there was no remote control from the air conditioner and both balconies were just dirty. I didn't really like it at breakfast either. The hotel staff didn't give a damn about the guests at breakfast, the food wasn't delicious, even the fruits and vegetables were like plastic. The crumbs weren't even wiped off the tables (We sat down and treated the table with disinfectant wipes. The staff touched each other (the waiter and the bartender), and then with these hands they adjusted the cheese on the plate and took it out into the hall. It was disgusting. There were some small midges and mosquitoes under the ceiling in the room. In general, we were unlucky with the hotel. Although it looks impressive and pompous in the pictures) An amateur, let's say...I guess I don't like that kind of thing.) Oh, yeah..Do you think someone apologized for the first issue? No, and they didn't even think about it. Another disadvantage: water and toilet paper were periodically forgotten, brought on request. It wasn't a very comfortable 2 weeks)

The windows overlook the wall of a noisy shopping center, where the humming ventilation is just coming out and there is some kind of construction on the roof of this very shopping center, and, accordingly, mountains of garbage. The room itself is very hot, the battery cannot be adjusted, the ventilation does not work, it is stuffy. You open the window, and there are smells from the waxing from the shopping center. In general, a vicious circle. Because there was an early departure the next day, I asked for a lunch box with breakfast at the reception. The administrator specified the time twice, entered it into the computer and assured that everything would be on time. And in the morning, of course, a surprise! A sleeping administrator and not understanding what these people with suitcases want from him ... Hastily they threw us something from food in the kitchen, including unwashed apples with stickers. Well, okay, we are not picky ... I will not advise this hotel, absolutely the price does not match the quality.

The rooms are cozy, the furniture is good, the linen is new, the cleaning is timely. But all this beauty, like a fly in the ointment, spoils the KITCHEN. Of course, this is my subjective opinion, but the food is not tasty, monotonous. We stopped having dinner at the Hotel restaurant. I stay at the hotel for six months twice a month, there is something to compare. Please change the cook, morning porridge on the water, it's too much (02.11.22)!!!!!!! The food for Breakfast is cold after 30 minutes (not heated), sausages and all sausage cuts are tasteless from the word at all, a meager assortment. The Hotel itself is above all praise, make adjustments to the Kitchen and you can safely draw the fifth star.

If someone smokes on the balcony, there is a smell of smoke in the room.
