Everything started well, his favorite phrase "Everything is available" inspired confidence, although, as it turned out, this is far from the truth. And we ordered 2 types of screws, one of which was supposed to be delivered to us within 1-2 days, and this event was delayed for 5. What is most outrageous is that the employee not only did not bring these screws to the office, as promised, but also made fools of us (you yourself messed up everything, although we have a TTN, the product is described there) and hung up. The next day it turned out that he did not intend to supply these screws to us, which really let us down, they were expected at the construction site. Eventually, with a fight, they returned their money for the undelivered screws. If nerves and health are dear to you, you will bypass Professional work.
