There is almost no information in the car card (the most basic: engine type, engine capacity, whether the car has keys or not). Nobody really wants to say anything on the phone either. Well, the paperwork in the OPI is a separate quest. I don't recommend it. It is better to buy cars on car sales sites, rather than confiscate
