I made an order for the manufacture of an engagement ring in the size I needed (there was no such size in the chain stores). At first, the consultant did not understand what was wanted from him at all, after which he invited his colleague. The girls wrote down the ring's article number and my contact on a small piece of paper, but no one called me back on the order (they agreed that they would call me back, as they would clarify the terms and nuances of the order at the factory). I left the order on 12/28/25. It is no longer relevant, I placed the order in another store of the chain. It is a pity that consultants treat "hot" customers so negligently.
