The store immediately said that there were no spare parts, then they said that they needed to write a statement in the store. After a while, they agreed to accept a scan of the application for the manufacture of spare parts. A few days later, the price was announced and warned that the color may vary. I agreed. After two weeks (approx.) I stopped by and picked up the pad. She didn't fit. As it turned out, from another model. The manufacturer wrote that I specified the wrong article in the application, and my washbasin is smaller. I sent the photos with the dimensions to confirm that I was not the one who made the mistake. Silence. After a week and a half (approx.), I went and replaced the overlay with another one. She doesn't hold her place at all. Any touch moves it. The feeling that they were molded on the eye. I shot a video and sent it to the manufacturer, asking if it was okay. In response, I received a request for a product passport and purchase documents, which, of course, I did not have left. I think this is a disgusting service.

In comparison with other furniture, plumbing, etc. stores, goods for the same amount are brought free of charge and brought into the apartment, Well, the highlight is, payment to the courier is only in cash… The speed of responses by phone or in Viber is also a separate topic… Don't get involved…

Disgusting quality, I bought two hanging cabinets "Paris" size 90. Both are swollen at the ends, the joints are not glued, if moisture gets even a little, they immediately swell. I don't know about the premium line, but budget models would be better not to do at all.
