The ATM is not working properly: it has withdrawn the payment card for absolutely no good reason (PIN and cash withdrawal request were entered 1 time). The bank itself works abominably: ATM collection is extremely rare, which left a person without means of subsistence for more than 30 days (according to their regulations) and everyone there didn't care that the fault was solely of the technical nature of their ATM. Information about the non-functionality of the ATM, of course, was nowhere to be found.
