The worst department I've ever been in. The attitude of the staff is just terrible. We have assembled a queue of 8 people, conduct a secure transaction for half an hour, and one specialist is working. The previous specialist was on the phone while working with the client. I have never seen such disrespectful attitude in any bank branch.

There are three workstations and all the clients are standing together: who can get a loan, who can exchange the currency, and who can donate the proceeds! Female employees, again, to put it mildly, are not the fastest...As they say, the soldier sleeps, the service is on.... It is very, very unpleasant to give an hour and a half to one elementary operation. And it is a shame that such a thing is possible in the capital of the country in the 21st century. It's a pity!
