Today I applied to the bank branch for currency exchange. There was only one employee working at the checkout. At first, I had to wait for an employee to finish talking on the phone with another client. After that, they accepted the money from me and inserted it into the device, but the device immediately gave an error and stopped working. The employee started contacting other employees by phone to figure out how to solve the problem. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I was asked to leave the bank, as customers cannot be present to open the machine and refund money. As a result, the wait took about 30-40 minutes before I just got my money back. The service was never provided. It is very strange that one employee works at the branch and in case of a technical malfunction, the client has to wait almost an hour just to get his money back. It is impossible to perform basic minute operations due to the fact that one employee works for the entire Lebyazhy district until lunch. The boss sends huge bags to withdraw at an ATM, in which there is only one small thing. The ATM has a limit of 30,000 rubles, but the cash register does not allow you to withdraw more than 10,000 rubles, they say go to another branch. It's just a nightmare....

Everything is very slow. There are a lot of people, but only one person works with clients. Generally the worst bank. You can order a card to an existing account only by visiting them personally, and they work so you don't want to visit them at all.
