The main thing is to write down in a notebook how much you "allegedly" paid... Nothing is being done and will not be done to make the city a little cleaner ... Even if there is a desire to do something in this direction, in response only a spit of half of the specified amount. It makes sense that many positions are accepted, if some types of recyclables are accepted free of charge or for 0.01 rubles, it is not surprising that it is easier for people to throw them into the forest or into the river.
