Terrible service. I chose my shoes, brought them to the checkout, and there was no one there. After some time, a female employee appeared and asked me what I wanted! (It's really a mystery what the person with the goods at the checkout wants). I went to look for a second shoe, stopping to chat with my colleagues. At that time, another employee brought another customer to the checkout, and after pushing me aside, he began to slowly serve him, chatting pleasantly about trifles. As a result, I had to wait another 10 minutes with two shoes! The mood was hopelessly ruined for the whole day. Next time, I'd rather go to some kind of mall with a branded outlet.

At the end of November, Parini boots, article 8534155, were purchased, the sellers assured that they were made in China under the strict supervision of our specialists, the shoes were of very high quality, there were no returns. December and January were warm, so the shoes were in the box. Operation began only in February, and on 20.02 it was noticed that the left leg began to get wet, although the weather was dry, the snow was low, and it could not get from above. When examining the sole, a crack was found. Complete disappointment.
