The choice is good. But! The attitude of the staff is terrible! The child ate a pie from a bag, did not litter. One tiny piece fell, which is very easy to pick up and throw away (and we always clean up after the child if he crumbled or littered something). The employee exploded and forced the child to be taken out immediately. The child was also forbidden to touch the glass outside the window. I'm just in shock. This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude.

Customer orientation is not about this store. Yesterday, my wife bought shoes, but after putting them on and walking around at home, she realized that they were a little small. Today, 12/22/2025, I returned to the store to exchange, but the sales girl refused in a rather rude manner, pointing out that the shoes were worn. Yes, it was worn back and forth in the hallway at home and worn while it was in the window. The shoes are brand new and have not lost their marketable appearance, because they were bought yesterday. I'm attaching a photo of the shoes and the receipt as proof. P.S. To understand the tone of the conversation: even my daughter, with whom my wife was walking, shrank into her out of fear. Response to the message below: so, following your logic, you sold your wife a pair with traces of socks, used shoes, at the price of a new one, right? It turns out great, no matter how you look at it.
