I highly do not recommend this institution for visiting with your pets. The recording is preliminary (in a few weeks!!!) It's a formality for them. Spend a lot of time, nerves, and you will find yourself extreme, because they do not know how to conduct a constructive dialogue, and perhaps they are not used to it. Responsibility to the client is zero. Instead of apologies for the inconvenience, rudeness.
