The only company I found that prints with white toner. I ordered test samples in single copies. We did everything efficiently, helped with the layout. I'll probably contact you again.

We were looking for a print shop.We stumbled upon Ricoh by chance. The first impression is very good. They spent a lot of time, although manager Elena constantly talked about their workload. The preliminary cost was calculated for us. We agreed on a meeting, as a result, we waited for the manager for 10 minutes, then spent 3 hours on all the details of our order, which Elena wrote down. Saying that she doesn't have time to mess with our order. And they're in season now. Uploaded.Elena, with her competence, wanted us to understand all the nuances of manufacturing, explained them in professional terms. We did not understand, we asked to explain in Russian, to which we received an answer something like you do not know what you want. We promised to send our cost calculation in the evening. As a result, he was not there and had to be reminded of it for 2 days. After reminders about the calculations, Elena called us, asking for all the details that we had been sorting out for 3 hours! After calling back a couple of hours, she explained that the technologist did not want to deal with our order and told us for 5 minutes how difficult everything was at her job.It's the season. They refused to perform the service with the words: "I will spend a lot of time on you, and you will not understand anything anyway." I would put -10 for customer service by this manager. In addition, 22 days after the first review: After I wrote the last review, the Head Natalia wrote to me, asking me to delete the review and promising that they would solve my problem. I was glad that the head himself wrote and promised that they would solve our problem. There was no plan to start the conversation: - Why did you leave such a bad review, how can we fix this incident? And the following was written to me (I will convey the essence): - There are 2 truths that she is upset, and only after deleting the review, we will continue to work with you." I deleted the review on the same day. After 7 days of difficult negotiations, due to the presence of professional terms that I did not understand. The head of this printing salon, Natalia, said that she would call us to talk and determine all the nuances of our order. I was surprised once again and thought that we would come to the logical conclusion of the order. However, this did not happen. It was the 22nd day after Natalia's message "I'll call you tomorrow." There was no call or message after that. Apparently they decided that we had forgotten... And I decided to ask myself what's the matter, why no one writes or calls me. I wrote and asked. I came to order - all the staff brazenly ignored me: no one could accept. Moreover, the staff passed by - no one even greeted or said anything. I did not expect that such a service could be found in Minsk in 2019. I won't come back and I won't recommend it to anyone.
