We took a bus tour to Anapa in August 2024, provided a bus in which the air conditioner did not work in the heat of almost 30 ° C, which broke down 3 times before reaching the border of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, and we also rode it back. We became famous as a comfort room in the Sofia guest house, as a result, the girl and I were moved into a room in which it was difficult to even call a bed, a mattress consisting of metal wire and the same springs stretched with fabric, it is not possible to lie down, let alone sleep on it. There are strange wisps of female hair everywhere, it was all noticed when entering the room. The doors were plastic and glass, and everyone who passed by could watch everything we were doing (relaxing, having a snack, etc.) with observers, so to speak. The air conditioner was allowed to be used almost on schedule in the heat of +36 ° C. On the day of departure, we were evicted from our room at 11 a.m., despite the fact that the bus picked us up at 1 23 p.m., we were waiting for the bus on the street all this time with suitcases. Before signing the contract, the wrong photos were shown, the expectation /reality did not match at all. We will never contact this sharashkin office again.
