It was the first and last time! I arrived by appointment, waited for half an hour. There are scratches on the bumper after washing!!! They tried to get me to polish the door because there were "white streaks-smudges after the winter", I had to pay them to remove it, although usually it's all cleaned when washing!!! I left them, wiped everything with microfiber myself!!! What kind of car wash do I still need to clean my car after?! They also scratched me!!! It's a disgusting place!!!

yesterday I came here for the second time, the first was not an accident – I was satisfied again, I will definitely wash my car here in the future. they wash well, the waiting room for customers is excellent (I'll attach a photo), the calls were answered the first time, the staff is wonderful. Good car wash. The only negative is that the waiting room doesn't fall off and while I was waiting for the car, I froze there) but if you don't take this moment into account, then everything is OK. It was washed well, instead of the 30 minutes indicated, it took 40-45 minutes to wash. There is a coffee machine and sweets on the table in the waiting room, as well as a TV.
