Moreover, the canceled order disappears from the profile, there are no notifications that it has been canceled and a refund is underway. I sent the cancellation through the manager by phone, they themselves silently delete everything there. Everything is not going smoothly in the physical store either, for how many years I have been buying and entering there, I often left the physics department because of sellers who don't care about you and look at you like dirt, as if you came to beg from them, and not to buy expensive goods with your money and a poor selection of goods, not the first freshness.
