I buy almost all the equipment here, the staff is always friendly, pleasant, they go to a meeting in any matter, the assortment pleases, the discount system, the website, I made a purchase, it was highlighted on the website, copies of documents came to the mail, an SMS receipt, everything is great, I love it. Of the cons, the assortment on the spot is getting smaller, spare parts have to be ordered more often, they go longer and longer, before conditionally 3 days, now 1.5-2 weeks. In my humble opinion, one of the best stores selling electronics. I don't mean specifically this point, but their entire network. The consultants are great, they don't climb into the phone with general questions, they don't frantically search for information, so they tell everything. And that's cool. And if they check the availability. An extreme case, I went to ask about a specific monitor model, they said that it exists but at a different point. No question, I arrived there, I immediately warned the guys that I was just looking, they said no problem)) they took it out, unpacked it, showed everything. As a result, although I was not going to buy the monitor, I still bought it)) and there was also a case with a video card, I passed it under warranty, they called me within a few days, I came, they gave me a similar one without any problems. In general, how many different things I bought there, everything suits me. Again, I repeat, I'm talking about their service as a whole. And the prices are quite democratic

Все хорошо, выбор громадный! самый богатый по костанаю. Но с натягом ставлю 5 звезд за нестабильные цены и ОГРОМНЕЙШУЮ разницу в ценах интернет магазина и "живого" отдела продаж. Я понимаю, что нужно "кормить" менеджеров, но клиенту этого знать не обязательно. Мне повезло, я умею и сам подобрать комплектующие, и без конфигуратора, но сходить пообщаться с менеджерами, "пощупать" повертеть в руках" железо мне по душе больше, и колоссальная разница в цене не позволяет мне этого делать. Работайте над этим и у вас будет больше посетителей/клиентов!

Хорошия магазин,где можно приобрести то,что подходит Вам - как по параметрам,так и по цене. Если нужен производительный компьютер,то Вам сюда. Все "мечтающиее техно сулпаки" не могут подобное предложить в наличии. Да и ценник на порядок ниже. Персонал отличный. Если объяснить что Вам нужно - предложат как и бюджетный сегмент,так и брендовый. Помогут разобраться с параметрами и опциями. Оплата любыми возможными способами. Так же есть рассрочка и кредитование через банк. Из минусов - отсутствие парковки. Центр. Забито как от дороги,так и во дворе. Порой приходится парковаться далековато.

Цены выше рыночных. Если заказываать с сайта, то дешевле. Объясняют это тем, что в магазине якобы работа консультанта оплачивается, поэтому дороже. Ну ок, пришли в магазин, продавец показывал нам варианты с САЙТА. В итоге никакой консультации не получили. Ничего не купили. Хотя пришли намеренно за ноутбуком с бюджетом 700к. Хорошие консультанты - помогательные, ненавязчивые. Цены в магазине как и в других (ДНС и т. д.) Прикольно, что всё ноуты и Моники на витринах включены - можно заценить качество картинки.
