I would not recommend this company to anyone! Initially, we were waiting for a miscalculation of the order, the manager Anastasia went into oblivion and just disappeared – it turned out that she became ill and went on sick leave, she didn't hand us over to anyone else (well, it happens, maybe it was very bad and it wasn't up to that). We got through on our own and asked for another manager. My last message to her looked like this: "Have you forgotten about me?" And lo and behold, a week later she replies - no, I have not forgotten, here is your miscalculation. Did she really think I'd be waiting for her for a week??? Customer orientation is at its height. As a result, we ordered a chain link fence with all the components from another manager. There were no wickets, gates and posts in the required color, they said it would take 2-3 weeks to order. OK, it's fine, we've paid for everything. On the day of acceptance of the goods (13.09.25), the driver calls and says, they say I was told that it was 80 km to the unloading point, but in fact it was 120 km, increase the rate or I won't go anywhere. This is despite the fact that manager Ekaterina was provided with all the data long before shipment + even the coordinates of the location! As a result, half a day passed while this issue was being resolved (it was Saturday, and of course all the employees were on the weekend). Further on, they call from the warehouse and say, oh, your manager did not give your order to work, and instead of gray pillars, we can give you red ones, or take what they give, or give the order back to work and wait another 3 weeks!!! I specifically pulled the manager every week so that she wouldn't forget about the order, and what do we have in fact? But in fact, it was possible to take poles of any color and not wait 3 weeks, and during this time everything was already put on the site. We just lost time. I don't recommend it to anyone!
